10-20% of all textiles in the fashion industry are estimated to be wasted, to then fill up 5% of all landfill space. Sadly, only 15%
of all textiles are recycled.

Cloth buddies will put wasted textiles to use by recycling and transforming them into stuffed animals or dolls. The dolls will be customizable, designed by children for children. Whenever a child buys a doll, another one will be sent to an underprivileged child.
Our partnering organizations will be recieving boxes of dolls
and they will take care of distribution.

Our website allows children to fully customize a selected character, then pick and choose different fabrics, choose a card design to send to the recipient, and even type in a little message!

Children can also view our gallery, to look at what other kids have already designed, and if they please, they can create a replica of any design they like.

Marketing

Our marketing strategy is to target the parents, so we decided
to advertise on 3 different social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.

Facebook & Instagram
We decided to create sponsored advertisements that parents would see while scrolling through their timelines.

Snapchat
We made fun character filters that parents to use while snapping with their kids.
